I am removing my 190cc implants, had for over a year with a breast lift. Surgeon says I don't need another lift but would benefit from an IMF tuck, I can't find any info on this online or more explanation. Is this common? What can I expect from results?

It is recommended that ruptured implants be removed. Further contracture of the capsules can cause breast deformity or pain. There is no emergency to have them removed, however. For older silicone implants there may be medicare coverage for removal.
