We often combine these treatments on the same day. PIH can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

I would suggest doing a series of C&B laser treatments every 2 weeks to 1 month apart. Chemical peels are redundant and unnecessary with this type of laser procedure. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation can happen after laser procedures so you may want to pre treat with Vit C serum or hydroquinone before your next C & B.
