Something abnormal how long does swelling lastafter BPL and clear and brilliant procedure it feels like it's abnormally swollen and I don't know what to do to bring the swelling down

This is difficult to answer without pictures. It can take several weeks for laser results to settle. I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care and recommendations. I recommend skin care with vitamin c, b5 hydrator, silicone based scar gels with growth factors and enzymatic washes with papaya enzyme. Sun protection is essential. Typically I do a combination of lasers like clear and brilliant with fraxel and viva 4-6 weeks after treatment to improve this along with microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes with texture and tone. Please see an expert. If you are having any adverse effect after a cosmetic treatment you should phone your physician and alert them.  You should be entitled to post-op care with out further charge, to ensure that you heal properly.  Some things that bring down swelling are mild and water compresses (1:1 ratio) and ice.

Typically, a few days of swelling should be expected after an IPL treatment combined with skin resurfacing like Clear + Brilliant. It's hard to give you any other recommendations without seeing a photo or evaluating you in person.
