Clear and Brillant for crepey skin?

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Clear and Brilliant will stimulate collagen, that in turn will help with fine lines. reduce pore size and  strengthen the skin to reduce crepeiness.   We recommend 4 treatments one month apart, initially, and then maintaince once or twice a year.  Your skin will continue to improve and look younger. 

This is difficult to answer without pictures. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. A combination approach will give the most improvement. I often combine Clear + Brilliant with microneedling/prp, peels and salt facials to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Clear +Brilliant certainly could help with your mildly crepey skin, though other treatments like microneedling or Fraxel could also be effective.  Clear + Brilliant is a gentle laser treatment that helps to deal with and prevent the early signs of aging.  Clear + Brilliant does not penetrate as deep as some lasers, working mostly on the upper layers of skin to stimulate collagen and replace damaged skin with healthier, younger looking skin.  As you describe your condition as mild, Clear + Brilliant would be an excellent option to help you rejuvenate your skin.  Additionally, I sometimes find that patients benefit from a variety of treatments to approach their skin care goals in more than one way.

C&B is a very gentle laser that refreshes skin from inside out. The laser beam creates millions of microscopic treatment zones (like aerating a lawn!) and will help with fine lines, tone and texture after 4-6 treatments spaced 2 weeks to 1 month apart.
