In my opinion, there is no evidence that the type of bra that is worn once the breasts have settled(after about three months post-op) will make any difference in the breasts over the long run. So you should wear whatever is comfortable and suits your fashion sense. Best wishes.
Once you are cleared to wear regular bras by your surgeon, push up bras are fine. Before doing so, get your surgeon's advice. Good Luck.
Thank you for your question. In the early recovery period I would not recommend push up bras but once cleared to resume underwire and other bra use, they do not pose a risk to your implants or breasts. It is important that after any augmentation that you use good supportive garments to help limit future sagging. Hope this helps.
You have raised a very common question! Once you have been cleared to wear push up bras then its perfectly fine to wear them without any adverse affects. If you find the underwire irritating then you can always make a small incision and remove the underwire.
I usually have patients wear a sports bra that just cup the breasts gently. I do not use it for support per se, more for comfort and to hold any loose dressing.

Thank you for your question. In general insurance companies do not view corrective surgery for breast asymmetries, even large ones, as medically necessary and will not cover the procedure. That said, if your larger implant is causing you significant issues from a neck/back pain point of v...
Usually this is not an issue as the recovery is fairly quick, but each individual case may be different. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who has performed thousands of these procedures and has hundreds of pictures and reviews. Kenneth Hughes, MDBeverly Hills, CA

You should definitely not taper off any antipsychotic drugs without direct communication and direction from your prescribing physician. Talk this over with your plastic surgeons as well.
It's a good question. The difference in diameter between the two implants is 2.5 mm. This is a small difference. Many surgeons would be willing to place the 325cc implant for you.If you desire the 325cc implant, make sure you talk to your surgeon so that can discuss your preferences.
