Is it normal to hear your implant when you move your arm up and down?

No one but you and your surgeon should touch your breasts for the first few weeks after breast augmentation. My concern is infection caused by different bacterial flora of your boyfriend. To rough handling could cause bleeding.

Dear kmarlowe14,That size breast implant in such a petite frame will definitely be large.  However, it sounds as if you really want large.  Another issue could be your tissue tightness and whether or not your skin envelope can accept that size breast implant.  Good luck

You nipples will not lift with the placement of breast implants. Your areola will stretch and appear wider. A 450 cc implant can be sizable if placed in a small framed woman. At 5'6" this choice may be quite aesthetic depending upon your goals. Discuss your implant size selection with your surgeon.
