I am having explant and lift surgery soon. I am already booked but I am starting to get worried that maybe I would possibly be better off with replacement. Is it too late at pre-op to switch do a different procedure? Thanks!!

In my experience, the reverse of what you say is true, ie the result of removing submuscular implants looks better as the breast tissue itself has not been stretched out as much, is has maintained its attachments to the muscle.
Given the size of your implants, you probably will contract following explant. This may take several months but you can probably enjoy a reasonable result without a lift.
