I just did coolsculpting on my flanks and it’s hurting a little more than normal due to some overlap in the applicators (lower back/side flank) is it safe to put a heating pad on it? When i had done coolsculpt before the nurse put a hot wet towel over me for a few minutes while massaging and i felt like it helped a lot but i don’t want to ruin anything. Thanks!!
