Hi there! I got coolsculpting a few days ago on my love handles and they are pretty bruised up. Is there anything that I can do like apply heat or ice to reduce the bruising?
Answer: Bruising Thank you for your question. My recommendation for bruising and swelling would be Arnicare tablets or topical cream which is an over-the-counter homeopathic medication meant to reduce bruising, swelling and pain. Best of luck.

Answer: Treatment of bruising after CoolSculpting It really will just be a matter of time for the bruising to resolve after your CoolSculpting treatment. It is possible that icing may help but I do not think that heat would help. Some people feel that taking oral Arnica may be of benefit also.

Answer: Arnica or Bromelaine Arnica and or Bromelaine (over the counter homeopathic medication) are recommended for use to prevent bruising from occurring following your CoolSculpting procedure. CoolSculpting is an FDA approved, fat reduction technique to transform your body without any surgical risks involved. Using the power of cold temperatures to freeze the fat below your skin, CoolSculpting can eliminate stubborn fat pockets from your: double chin, arms, abdomen, flanks, love handles, as well as the inner and outer thighs. For optimal results, it is important to seek consultation from a board certified dermatologist. Thank you for your question, best of luck!

Answer: Bruising a few days after CoolSculpt treatment to love handles Since it is a few days since you had yourCoolSculpt then there’s probably not much that will help. The blood has extravasated or left the blood vessels and has soaked into the fatty tissues and skin. It is more or less a “stain “now. Heat may help increase the local metabolism of the tissues and help red blood cells breakdown and therefore the bruise may go away faster. Occasionally a laser treatment could help the bruising as well. Laser basically just breaks down the red cells faster so they can be re-absorbed better and faster. Other than that mother nature will take care of you and everything should be fine.
