Thank you for your question. Implant absorption is very varied from one person to another. The location of an implant will also have a big impact on how long it will take for absorption to occur. Generally, greater than two months before significant reabsorption is occurring. Again, many variables are going to affect this number. The important statistic is whether or not you are having an adverse reaction to the implant. If no reaction, reabsorption becomes insignificant. Absorption occurs, and if you do not react, your result will be better. I hope this helps.
On average it takes about 6 months for an Endotine Implant to absorb. During this period you can expect the area to be tender; you will want to refrain from touching, picking or rubbing during this time.
There are 2 types. Endotines and Ultratines. The Endotines came out first and can take up to a year to absorb. The newer Ultratines should be less, maybe 4 to 6 months.

I would agree that Botox would be your best and easiest option to lower the arch on your eyebrows. I'm not sure how old you are, but as you age, the arch may lower a bit on it's own.
Most likely, this area of hair loss is related to a process known as telogen effluvium, which is a stress related form of hair loss. Since surgery and the details therein lead to a stress on the body, this is a well described side effect of browlift. Luckily, this hair loss usually...
