I was thinking in having a brow lift and forehead reduction but I'm scared if I do I won't be able to make expressions or movements like before the surgery? An example like the confuse expression. And will you have frown lines because I still want frown lines if I make the surprise face for an example . And I'm 18 my eyebrows are so low that's under my brow bone . I just want my brow to be where my brow bone is. I have low eyebrow due to my dad side of the family and long forehead.

Answer: Motion After Browlift Surgery
In the initial phase after a browlift, brow motion is minimized due to postoperative swelling. However, this usually normalizes after several weeks. Most described browlift procedures do not target the frontal branches of the facial nerve, which are responsible for motion of the forehead muscles. For the experienced Surgeon, brow anatomy is fairly straight forward and injury to these motor nerve branches is extremely rare.

Answer: Forehead Paralysis After Browlift Surgery? It is very uncommon to experience forehead paralysis after browlift surgery. Most surgical approaches involve minimal impact on tissues that might change facial expressions. Make sure you arrange at least two consultations with board certified plastic surgeons who perform quite a lot of facial procedures annually. Express your concerns to each one and have them tell you what their recommendation is and demonstrate how muscles and nerves will be protected. You can expect some numbness right after surgery, but prolonged paralysis is rare indeed. Answer: You Should Have Forehead Movement After a Brow Lift If You Want it
The usual goal of a brow lift is to elevate the brow and relieve some of the heaviness to the upper eyelids while maintaining relatively normal forehead movement. The movement can be decreased in the first few days after surgery because of swelling but is usually back to normal by the end of the first week. Some surgeons (myself included) inject Botox or Dysport into the forehead 1 week prior to surgery. This keeps the forehead from moving for the first 2 months after surgery, allowing it to heal in the desired position (active muscles are not trying to pull it away from where we put it). Once the Botox or Dysport wears off, normal forehead movement returns. There are techniques that will decrease the amount of forehead movement permanently after a brow lift, but these do not have to be done as a part of the procedure. Have a discussion with your surgeon letting him or her know what you want things to look like after your procedure and they can tailor the operation to give you the results you desire. Good luck.
