How long will I have fluid buildup after lipomas removed from legs?

Surgery was almost 4 week ago. The one that was size of grapefruit, ive had drained twice now. 52ccs first time and over 100cc yesterday. Already swollen and painful with fluid again.

When a seroma does not resolve with aspiration, and gets infected, a drain needs to be inserted and the infection treated with antibiotics as a general principle. Also, if the seroma has become an abscess, it should be opened, drained and left open while the infection is treated.You should ...
