Angiolipomas: Can having so many and having them removed affect me physically? Or cause other issue in the future?

Hi i suffer from multiple angiolipomas im 32 and have had over 30 removed. Ill be going in again soon to get more removed. They are very painful once they get larger and more tender to touch. Mostly in my upper legs and a couple in my arms. Im worried of the pain they cause and how many im getting and im the only one in my family that suffers from this.  Thank you. Teigan.
