First choice in my opinion is cheek implants to get more definition and angulation in the midface. Eventually would remove the buccal fat pad.

Not certain why a massage is needed. Certainly applying too much pressure could kill the fat graft and/ or displace the at to an unwanted location. See your plastic surgeon to get specifics on his/her protocol.
