Inspira SRF 560cc & 520cc, pain & asymmetry - will this need to be corrected? (Photos)

Back in 2016 I had to have a revision surgery due to one of my saline implants rupturing. For my revision I opted to go with round silicone Inspira SRF 560cc implant on the Right, and Inspira SRF 520cc on the Left. I have been very pleased with the way that my breasts look for the past 6 years until I started noticed pain in my left breast, and feeling firmer than usual, and the now asymmetry in the right breast. I do have an appointment scheduled. Just for some feedback before I am seen.
