26 y.o. very adverse to having a tummy tuck , is it possible to have the day removed with no tuck? I am not interested in BBL , just in removal of stomach fat. thank you

This depends if your area of concern is due simply to excess fat, or if muscle separation is contributing as well. If you have been pregnant, you likely have a diastasis recti and may not get the results you desire from liposuction alone. I would recommend scheduling a consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who can do an assessment to determine if your "bulge" is a pocket of fat that can be treated with liposuction, or if underlying muscle separation is contributing. That being said, the flank area you have circled in the first photo and last photo could be treated with liposuction. I know you stated you are adverse to a tummy tuck, but often tummy tucks are done in conjunction with liposuction of this are to achieve optimal results.

if you have really loose skin you need skin removal, if you have slight loose skin you can do liposuction with internal heating and BBL.  consider a consult.

my whole practice is doing lipoabdominoplasty, or at least liposuction with internal heating (which is not the gold standard for skin tightening with body contouring).

the smaller you are before liposuction the more contouring you can get from the procedure. most of my liposuction patients get pre and post surgical optimization with hormonal therapy (see link to help boost their weight loss before surgery and help them heal after).

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

Liposuction will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas (hips, stomach, thighs, back) and transferred to areas that can benefit from the added volume and will result in a waist as small as possible. If there is loose skin or the skin has poor quality, a short scar tummy tuck along with lipo could be used to further reduce the size of the waist and improve contours. Liposuction results are highly surgeon dependent as the skill of liposuction rests in removing as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth.

Hi celebrated1426.  You look like a great candidate for liposuction. The extra fat that is under the skin will be removed and if your skin has good tone (looks like it), then it will contour down.  The fat that is in and around organs does not get removed (this takes diet & exercise). Any muscle or abdominal wall looseness that you might have (from pregnancies, weight shifts more than 30lbs) will not be addressed without a tuck. There are different energy assisted liposuction techniques that will optimize your outcome, so ask your plastic surgeon what they offer. Good luck!

Liposuction will do very well to address the fatty pockets that concern you on the sides.  For the abdomen, it appears you may have some abdominal wall laxity.  That is not addressed through liposuction, however fatty tissue in front of the abdominal wall (the fat you can pinch) can be improved with liposuction.
