Answer: How long after getting liposuction to the abdomen would you need to wait to get a navel piercing? I would ask your surgeon as he or she will be able to give the best advice based upon your healing. Once cleared for the naval piercing, be sure to take care of the incision so that you do not develop an infection.

Answer: Piercing on the belly button, naval after liposuction you can likely do it immediately but id wait 2 weeks to just decrease any risk of infection. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Piercing After Liposuction I appreciate your concern and it is probably best to wait at least 4 weeks after liposuction to have your belly button pierced. The key is to be sure that much of your swelling from the surgery is gone prior to piercing. Discuss this issue with your board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
