I'm a man, 30 yr, with wide nose and thick-skinned alae. Three prominent surgeons told me I'm not eligible for a revision rhinoplasty (nostrils too small). I want to know about non-surgical treatments to slim my nose's lower third, at least a little. Can you suggest treatments? I've read about: * CO2 fractional laser * Cortisone injections (crystal cortisone) * Fat dissolving injections * Hyalase or hyaluronidase injections * Botox * Microneedling * Chemical peelin Thanks!
