Indirect lip lift with philtrum shortenign, aka bullhorn lip lift, is indicated in your case, nevertheless you have to consider the resulting scars and the nasal base creases.I also suggest rhinoplasty to correct your evident nasal rim retractions and other likely caudal nose issues.

You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. To shorten the distance between your nose and upper lip, a sub nasal lip lift would be the best approach. Injectable fillers will not make the lip length look shorter, they will just make the upper lip look bigger.
