Is it possible to make your nostrils bigger with surgery??

I have noticed that my nose has rather small nostrils and a bigger nostrils apperance would suit me better, is it possible to have cosmetic surgery to fix this??

From your description it doesn’t sound like the spreader grafts are the issue. You need to be seen by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to determine what is wrong and how to correct it
