My surgeon put spreader grafts in my bridge even though this was never discussed and now my bridge looks thick & wide. Before surgery it looked thin and used to curve inwards. I had a tiny dorsal hump and asked him if my bridge would look the same from the front profile if this hump was removed. He lied and told me my bridge WOULD look the same. He then scooped out too much from the side profile and made my bridge SO wide. Can it be narrow again? I am suicidal because of this and cry everyday
