After 1,500 grafts with FUE method 4 months ago for diffuse thinning at the front of my scalp, there is a 2cm patch that hasn't grown. The rest is growing well. There was some bleeding 12 days after the hair transplant in the same area that hasn't grown, I'm worries this means it won't grow. I appreciate your advice about this. Thank you

Answer: It may or may not grow. You need to wait or follow up with your doctor.

Thea answer is to wait at least one month as your doctor advised. This works for FUE but not for Strip which requires at least 6 weeks for complete healing to occur.
Your doctor is really the only one that can tell you it's okay. Generally with most patients it is but it depends on how quickly everything is healing for you, and only your doctor knows the specifics of your transplant to know if you can be cleared after two weeks.
You need a Master Plan before starting surgery to plan for future balding. If your planning was done right, you should be able to shave your head for a "normal" look. You can also consider further surgery or SMP (or both) depending on planning and your ultimate (realistic) goals.
