Hair transplant after 10-15 years?

I had a hair transplant in front scalp under FUE now my age 31 if after 5 10 years i lost my rest hair (and in my family all men at their 50s are norwood 6 7) what would be my options at that time to keep normal look can i shave the receipient and donor areas ?

The photos look like grafts.  Some look like transected grafts. It is NOT very clear.  It may be scabs. YOU CANNOT DETERMINE THESE THINGS WITH PHOTOS.   If you are concerned you may want to follow up with your doctor.

Rarely, transplanted hair grow out kinky.  It happens on rare occasion.  It may normalize and straighten out with time.  It may be a technical issue of your particular surgery.

You cannot tell if it is over harvested or "normal" with photos.There are volumes of unknown issues from your line of questioning.  If 2000 grafts were harvested to address a very small area of your scalp, then it would be considered "over harvest".  If 2000 grafts were harvested to...
