What options are available to enhance lips for someone who metabolizes HA- sugar based fillers in less than 30 days?

I’m wondering what options there is available to largely enhance Lips, I’m someone who has 2 syringes Of Juvaderm Ultra Plus injected and the results don’t even last 3 weeks because I have a high metabolism. I’m looking for something that will both last and give me the volume and fullness I’m wanting.

Thanks for your question.  Besides temporary fillers for lip augmentation such as Juvederm, Restylane, and Volbella, more permanent options include fat grafting or implants. Best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in order to discuss all your ideal options.

Fat is an excellent filler.  Fat is harvested from the abdomen or thighs and then specially prepared to remove impurities.  It can then be injected into the lip as a permanent filler.

Bellafill is currently not recommended to be placed in lips. It leads to nodules. Fat, in particular micro and nanofat, it a good option for long term lip filler. There is downtime and swelling which can last for weeks and it might need to be touched up. Using smaller fat globules, there is better take and more accuracy.
