I’m a bit of a health food freak and while I have ceased all my supplements, adaptogens and nootropics 4 weeks prior to surgery, I’d be interested to find out if it’s safe to continue taking a couple of teaspoons of moringa a week? I use a tsp of organic Aduna moringa in a juice a few times a week and it’s said to promote healing... I asked my surgeon and I’m not sure if they knew what it was because they said just stop everything
