Hi I am booked to have breast enlargement at the end of the month, I’m currently taking lymecycline x1 a day for skin problems. Is it ok to continue taking the medication up till and following surgery? I have read a few people saying you must stop taking antibiotics 4 weeks prior to surgery but was not told this by my consultant? Any help appreciated-thank you.

You do have widely spaced nipples, and an augmentation will enlarge your breasts, but not change the relative nipple position. Your PS might discuss the option of doing a peri areola mastopexy to adjust nipples somewhat, but the change would not be significant.
