Juvaderm Ultra Plus only lasted 2 weeks?

This is difficult to answer without before and after pictures. It may be that additional filler is needed to get the results you want. Most Doctors will start with one syringe to avoid over-filling. I recommend following up with your injector about your desired results. I hope this helps. 

Thank you for sharing your question.  Unfortunately you did not mention how many syringes of product that you had injected over four times to know why your results are not lasting the typical duration of 4-8 months in the lips.  If you had 2+ syringes I would advocate seeing an additional injector or perhaps changing the product to see if you have longer lasting results. h

I think if it happened, your doctor should bring up some questions as to why they're using the same product if it seems to disappear so quickly. It is possible that Juvederm can be broken down rather quickly in some patients but the next step would be to use a product such as Restylane which will probably last quite a bit longer. Thank you for your question.  This sounds like an unusual scenario but you may metabolize Juvederm extremely quickly.  It may behoove you to try another filler that is manufactured differently.  I would suggest Restylane, which is manufactured differently and may be metabolized differently.  I would also suggest using one syringe at a time and building your lips gradually.  All the best, Alexis Parker MD
