I had restylane inserted in my tear troughs around 2.5 months ago and it hasn't settled well & I look like I have big eye bags. I am Away travelling for 5 months and can't go back to my practitioner what can I do to relieve this and is it likely it will settle?

Thank you for your question. It sounds like the product has gotten too superficial.  You may need to have some of the product dissolved.  The product can work its way up and then become visible.  Dissolving is an easy process.  Just have an experienced injector do the procedure. I hope this helps!

Your fillers will be unlikely to change at this point in time. If there is not someone you can go to while traveling, then you will just need to wait until you get home to see your injector. Restylane can be dissolved, but I recommend seeing an expert injector for this, just like I do for any fillers. Removing fillers is as much an art as putting them in to begin with.
