hi, i have a question about permalip lip implants. do they feel as if you are wearing lip implants and are they uncomfortable once you have them?? also, finally, i am curious to know the revision rate regarding this procedure. do a lot of patients complain about discomfort and eventually remove them as a result? thank you

The largest Permalip implant is 5 mm in width and 65 mm long. My experience is that the 5 mm width often works best because these are small and delicate. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation.
What you are experiencing is not unusual at 3 months post op. It takes several weeks for the lip to stretch, soften and feel normal. Discuss massage and stretching exercises with your surgeon. You should have your smile back soon.
