I have a small mouth and very thin lips. I've had fillers but after a few weeks the product seems to 'vanish'... so not an option for me. But I wonder, since a have a rather small mouth and my ps only uses the 5mm implants, won't that be 'too much'? I'm afraid that the implant will be to long for my lips... maybe a strange question but I would like to get your opinion... my ps just said : ''you don't have a small mouth'' What do you think? Thank you for your question and picture. Permalip surgery can cause trauma to the lips therefore making them very sore and swollen. This appearance is typical after 1 day. Please use ice packs to help the swelling reduce. All The Best
