Stafine cream? As there was a huge language barrier, I never got to know what’s used for?

I had my surgery two weeks abroad (in Turkey). I was given “Stafine cream” after my hi def vaser lipo. As there was a huge language barrier, I never got to know what’s used for? I just got info to use it 2 weeks after the surger, and that it was anti scar cream. But after googling, it doesn’t seem to be a scar reduction cream, but a antibacterial/anti infection cream. Do you have any idea for how long time this should be used? As I understand one shouldn’t remove tape too often.
