Are my uneven Vaser results (3.5 liters) due to swelling/bad technique?

Hello. Male. 42. 55 days since my surgery. Still very swollen. I’m happy with my results, when dressed. Results looked amazing over the first weeks but now I can see how results are worsening...1) Love handles still there. He says due to: a) too high hipbone or b) insufficient fat removal due to sudden stretch marks shown during procedure... ( his words) 2) I can see a fat of pocket significantly bigger in the right upper ab. Irregularities. Swelling? Bad technique? Thank you!

Thank you for your question. I am sorry your results have evolved such that you are dissatisfied with your results. By the information you share, I am concerned that there is no mention of post operative care including compression and lymphatic massage.
If you are unhappy with your postoperative care, consultation with another surgeon may provide helpful advice to optimize your results and help you consider whether revision surgery is appropriate at 6 months.

It  appears that you had high definition lipo but your results do not appear to have ended up the way it should have with proper post op protocol.  Lymphatic massages, abdominal board/foam and posture with the garment on is imperative to prevents lines and fibrosis. at 55 days out there is still hope with aggressive post op lymphatic massages, possibility you may need a revision.  See a high def expert who includes post op protocol for your procedures

Most of liposuction will end with scar and skin reaction to liposuction. teraphy is always require. give it time  after 1 year skin will look natural
