Looks like small fatty lumps on the chin. What treatment will remove them? (Photo)

What treatment will remove these lumps on my chin. They look like small fatty deposits under the skin they are only on my chin As I have aged these have appeared over the last year. I am extremely conscious of them I have uploaded two photos. One normal face and the second squeezing my chin to show the fullness of the white lumps in red skin. Thank you.
