There is a high probability that you have a septal perforation (hole in the inside of your nose that allows the two sides of your nose to connect). This hole will result in dryness in your nose, dry scabs to develop, and lead to frequent small nose bleeds. The hole also causes collapse of the structure of your nose leading to the nose dent. You should visit with an ear, nose and throat specialist to have your nose examined. If there is indeed a septal perforation, a plug can be placed to help you to breathe better, clear up any dryness and dry scabs, and decrease your headaches.
