That's normal. Grafts can have anywhere up to 4 hairs each- generally single grafts are placed on the edge of the hairline and 2s 3s and 4s go more inside. This makes the transition towards your natural, thicker hair more smooth and (hopefully) prevents it from looking like you had the transplant.
