ATP spray after Hair Transplant? Found out that I should have sprayed it for 2-3 days minimum. Does this make a difference?

A month ago i had FUE hair Transplant surgery , and i was given ATP bottle to spray every 2 hours on receiptient area , but i was instructed by the clinic to stop spraying it after one day , recently found out that i should have sprayed it for 2-3 days minimum , does this make a difference? , will my results be less ? Specially that i went out 2 days after in windy weather, did this dry mu grafts out?? Thank you doctors.

Great question and in my personal opinion, with or without ATP spray there is no difference in your results. I only recommend 2 solutions for spraying the recipient area after hair transplantation: A) GrafCyte (Cooer pepptide), we did a research study around 20 years ago or B) Saline Solution, if it is difficult to get GrafCyte in the patient's country.

Thanks for this question. Many offices do not use ATP spray and achieve outrageously fabulous results... meaning the result does not depend on this spray.  Ultimately, the care and handling of the follicles as well as your underlying follicles themselves are the most important factors in viability.  I would rest easy and be patient. Hoping that your result is fabulous!

I am not sure that it makes any difference using the ATP spray either not at all, one day or multiple days. There is no proof that it works
