I am looking for suggestions on how to best balance my long narrow face. I have long been unhappy with my nose. If I were to undergo rhinoplasty, would it be best to address the hump, tip, or both? Would I benefit from a lip lift, or are my front teeth to prominent? Could they be filed down slightly by a dentist? Where would fillers be most beneficial to me to balance the face? Thank you.
