I hate how thick and out my nose is. I can deal with the it being out but I would love for my nose to not be so thick skinned. In fact it takes up most the space on my face. Is there any procedure I can go through to make the nose skin thinner? Also when I touch my tip it feels empty, its more unnecessary skin. I want to get ride of it. If I had a nice nose I would feel pretty.

Thank you very much for your question.I don't know of a cream (or pill or potion or powder) that can reliably do what you wish.  Regarding procedures, it is a bit difficult to say what can be done based on the picture you describe, but there are likely surgical options to give you a more refined nasal tip.  I recommend an in-person consultation with a well-trained surgeon who performs rhinoplasty frequently to discuss your options.  Best of luck!

It is impossible to evaluate what is the cause of your nose problem based on this photo. Usually it is a combination of several factors  such as nose cartilages (tip of the nose in particular), nasal bones and skin that may be responsible for "deformity".You would need a detailed evaluation by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon. The single picture posted is not enough to have a clear idea of the situation, but I would guess that your problem is a combination of thick skin and bulbous tip. While there is no procedure or pill that can change the thickness of your skin, a rhinoplasty could potentially refine the tip of your nose.

Hello , regarding your nose; you need a formal consultation to make a final decision . Looking at the one picture your issues may be related to the skin thickness but also the thickness of the cartilage underneath. A rhinoplasty could address these issues but also restructure the nose. If your skin is thick it can sometimes be thinned at the same time if this is necessary especially if the tip is thick. Good luck!
