No period allowed during Rhinoplasty operation?

Question

I am visiting Formé Clinic in Prague soon and I was told I am not allowed to be on my period during my operation (Rhinoplasty). They've said it's for all operations but I'm not sure why? Does anyone know why it's so important that I'm not on my period ? Thanks!!

I have absolutely no idea why you've been told this. It should make no difference whatsoever. Are you sure you want to put yourself  in their hands?
