I am 4 weeks post OP tummy tuck and lipo and some parts of my incision keep bleeding! I'm still very swollen not sure if the swelling is putting to much pressure on my scar?

Answer: Is it normal for parts of my incision to bleed? Thank you for your question.It is difficult to say what this "bleeding" is without any photographs. It is most likely some serous fluid mixed with old blood coming out from between the sutures. You should have your Plastic surgeon examine you to make sure that there is nothing concerning.
