8 weeks post-op and I have a persistent seroma with fibrinous septations. What would be your recommendations? (photos)

4.5wpo (TT) suddenly my lower abdomen went solid/distended (pics 3wpo vs 4.5wpo). I’ve had 3 aspirations under u/s, he drew 150cc bloody fluid each time apart from the last where he took 80cc (didn’t fully drain) and said there are fibrinous septations in the seroma (what does this mean?). I’m back tomorrow for a pigtail drain to try break the tissue up to drain fully. I’m so upset, my abdomen looks awful on my small frame. Any advice?
