How long after rhinoplasty can you develop a callus on the bone? I'm 2 weeks post op and think I may have one. (Photo)

As the swelling has gone down a bump has appeared on the right side of my bridge that is not visible from profile, but is visible from front and 3/4. It's hard like bone and is getting more prominent every day, and has ruined the appearance of my nose. I'm not sure what else it could be if not a callus? It's in the exact same place my original bump was, but not as prominent as it was.
