I have read about 'lateral commissuroplasty' and the consequent scarring Can I reduce if not reduce/remove the scars with laser? Would Permalip be a solution? I am not an expert neither is google. I need an expert's advice.

It will take time for the natural pigmentation to return and I would use emollients and avoid all sun at this time.  Best, Dr. Green

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this is a common issue and can only be resolved with surgery. It is called lip reduction surgery. The fees range between $2000-$3000. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon comfortable with performing this type of surgery. Best of Luck!

First of all, you are beautiful! Thank you for your photos.
