I have read about 'lateral commissuroplasty' and the consequent scarring Can I reduce if not reduce/remove the scars with laser? Would Permalip be a solution? I am not an expert neither is google. I need an expert's advice.

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear of your bleaching issues.  The pigmentation to your upper lip should return with time as new skin replaces that damaged from your treatment.  Hope this helps.

Lip scar tissue is easily removed under local and so worth it. You can drive yourself home and have a fairly quick recovery.

A nasolabial fold cannot be created, but will likely form with time and aging. To plump your upper lip,  fillers look natural if done with skill and expertise. I suggest you see an expert for treatment and someone who truly understands contouring. Best, Dr. Emer
