I guess the main issue is my mouth, although maybe it's my other ugly features that make it look worse...I've seen a couple people here with the same kind of issue, but there didn't really seem to be a solution. The lower lip just looks totally abnormal and gross...there's the fat part below that sticks out, and then the lip itself just looks flat and unformed. It's like it's deformed or something...almost like it's inverted or something...gross. :(
Answer: Facial Sculpting Using Fillers Like Voluma, Radiesse, Lyft, Juvederm and Sculptra and Fat Absolutely no part of your face is ugly, abnormal or gross. Fillers, implants and fat can all be used to sculpt and contour the face and enhance areas you wish to improve. I suggest consulting with a facial sculpting expert to discuss your concerns as well as long and short term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Chin implant candidate? Without an exam your question cannot be answered. You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplasty or using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws may be better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. These patients should seek the advice of a plastic surgeon to determine which course is right for them. Here is some information to help you make this decision: Candidates for Chin Augmentation - Patients whose chin profiles are weak but have normally functioning jaws are candidates for Chin Augmentation. Many of these candidates have used injectable fillers in the past to strengthen the protrusion of their chins, but are looking for a permanent solution. If you are one of these patients, then you are a likely candidate for chin augmentation #weakchin #chinimplant

Answer: Any suggestions to fix my ugly mouth/face? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon or oral surgeon for an in-person evaluation. It appears that you may have mentalis muscle strain causing your lower lip appearance and chin fullness. This typically requires jaw surgery to correct, so you need to be evaluated properly by a specialist. Hope this helps.
