I would suggest a consultation with a cosmetic physician to determine your best course of action. Topical treatment such as hydroquinone and/or tretinoin at prescription strength potency would be a great starting point. I would be careful about not doing home treatments since you might cause additional pigmentation problems.  Generally, it is recommended to wait 1 year before laser treatment on a person who has used Accutane to make sure that the oil glands necessary for good healing to be functional again.   Best wishes, Mary Beth Mudd
