Is microdermabrasion a good treatment for anti-aging?

Im 36 years old and starting to think about anti-aging. Just looking for some thoughts on microdermabrasion

Thank you for your question. Microdermabrasion is a wonderful treatment for anti-aging. During the treatment, healthy skin cells are replaced with those that are dead.  There is an increase in production of collagen which renews the skin.  With new skin cells that are replaced, one finds that they have a smoother looking skin.
