Alcohol effect only 3 days after hair transplant? (photo)

Drinking alcohol "heavily" as you note and waking up with redness around your eyes and not remembering why is not very healthy.  It is not clear how it may relate to your surgery but you should contact your doctor.

If you are taking pain medications,sleeping pills or have medical contraindications you should not be drinking alcohol.However,based on your photo the redness is probably from normal post op swelling and not the alcohol (unless you fell and hit your face). I would follow up with your surgeon.

This should not affect the hair transplantation results, but it is not good for your health of course.

From the photos it is not clear what happened but the redness does indicate that you may have damaged something
