This is a common post treatment occurrence especially on darker skin types. The track marks should gradually fade after 4-6 weeks time. In the meantime, you could be treated with the Spectra laser to encourage the exfoliation process.

I think you would do well with a combination of Infini and Bellafill treatments. Infini is microneedlling along with radio frequency applied to these areas. I would follow up with some Bellafill where we would do some subcision and inject the Bellafill product.
