PIH after Infini is very unusual. This needs to be treated with hydroquinones, retin A, can chemical peels. Deeper passes and lower energies are needed to prevent this. It is also possible that you had underlying melasma and this was intensified with the treatments. Fraxel is more likely to cause this than Infini. Cosmelan peel is a good peel for this.

Let your specialist who performed the INFINI guide you. There are creams, lotions and lasers that can decrease your PIH in the next few weeks. Convey your PIH concerns to the specialist, and they can easily modify the protocols with shorter PDs and energy levels as well as depths to reduce the chances of PIH for your second treatment.
