Hyperpigmentation after first Infini treatment. Should I have another session for scars or stop & treat pigmentation? (Photos)

I've had 3 dermapen and fraxel before for my acne scars but needed more intense treatments so since moving to London I had 1 session of infini but it gave me hyperpigmentation ! I'm not sure what the next step is that I should take ! Carry on with infini to shrink my large pores and treat scars or focus on the pigmentation ! Is the cosmelan peel what I should try for the pigmentation?

PIH after Infini is very unusual. This needs to be treated with hydroquinones, retin A, can chemical peels. Deeper passes and lower energies are needed to prevent this. It is also possible that you had underlying melasma and this was intensified with the treatments. Fraxel is more likely to cause this than Infini. Cosmelan peel is a good peel for this.

Let your specialist who performed the INFINI guide you. There are creams, lotions and lasers that can decrease your PIH in the next few weeks. Convey your PIH concerns to the specialist, and they can easily modify the protocols with shorter PDs and energy levels as well as depths to reduce the chances of PIH for your second treatment.
