My doc wants to treat my festoons with Infini laser. Has anyone heard of treating festoons with this laser? And Are there any proven trials? I'm thinking if it were that easy, everyone would be using this treatment... I know festoons are difficult to treat, every doctor starts his advise with that fact.

I think you would do well with a combination of Infini and Bellafill treatments. Infini is microneedlling along with radio frequency applied to these areas. I would follow up with some Bellafill where we would do some subcision and inject the Bellafill product.
