i understand infinskin uses radio frequency....is that the only difference? Which one is recommended or does it matter. My dermotologist uses infiniskin. My estectian does micro needling. What's the difference in layman terms.

Answer: Energy, insulation and delivery system come into play. Really complex questions as there are many variables.-1. Micro needling without RF means vertically delivered needles- no heat, no energy2. Infini is a brand that uses RF, but with insulated needle tips. 49 tips for Specialist use. 3. Micro needling RF with other brands such as Secret, Intensif etc.. uses micro needling RF without insulation. 4. Infini with insulation is generally *but not always more effective. If conducted properly, heal times are faster but the device is complex to understand, and the solenoid or motor is weak, coupled with carbon build up on the tips at high treatment levels.
